Updates on Baptism

Bishop Fintan Gavin has advised parishes that arrangements can be made for the celebration of the Sacrament of Baptism in parishes to take place from Thursday 5th August next limited to immediate family members to include parents, siblings, sponsors and grandparents.

Every effort should be made to keep the number in attendance to less than ten people for individual baptisms. The guidance further states that celebrations ‘must follow all protective measures and social gatherings afterwards should be avoided’.

Cemetery Blessing June 2021

Cemetery and the church grounds at Enniskeane.

We Invite you to join us on-line in prayer for those who are buried in all Cemeteries in  our Parish at 7.30pm on Tuesday June 29th. Join us on-line at www.facebook.com/enniskeane from your home or wherever you are. Unfortunately, due to current HSE guidelines, there won’t be any individual blessing of the graves this year. During the prayers, we will display images of your loved ones or their grave if you so wish. We invite you to send an image of your loved ones or their grave for them to be remembered. Please Email the image to parishassembly@enniskeaneparish.ie (stating which Cemetery  in the Parish they are buried in) by 6pm on Wednesday June 23rd.
